Preetham has 15 years of experience in the mining industry as a Senior Project Manager, Process Engineer and Subject Matter Expert in Ore Sorting. His experience spans all project stages, from testwork management, concept level design, due diligence, through to detailed design, commissioning and operations. He has led projects over US$2 Billion in CAPEX in the precious metal and base metal sectors. He has prepared several NI 43-101 compliant Technical Reports.

Preetham holds a Masters Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a B-Tech Degree in Mining Engineering from NITK, India. Preetham currently serves as an executive member at the CIM Canadian Mineral Processors and leads the Community Outreach program. Preetham has published a thesis, a peer- reviewed journal, and several technical papers.

Dr. Gorain has served the global minerals industry for over 25 years in precious and strategic metals operations, capital projects and has delivered commercial value worth +US $1B through the implementation of innovative, breakthrough, and digital technologies in metals operations. Some of his key roles include CTO for Hindustan Zinc (Vedanta), Director at Barrick Gold, and Group Leader at Teck Resources.

Dr. Gorain is an expert in providing advanced eco-efficient technologies for the production of strategic and precious metals, focusing on value chain implementation, plant design, and commissioning to full production. He specializes in metal recovery from complex ore bodies as well as from mine tailings, smelter residue, and electronic waste.

Dr. Gorain holds a Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Queensland and a B.Tech. in Mining Engineering from ISM Dhanbad. He has co-authored several books, published over 50 technical papers, and owns several global patents with commercial applications. He has served as a board member for JKMRC, a technical advisor for the CMIC, Centres of Excellence of Australian Research Council, and IMPC.

Mr. Sanabria is a seasoned mining and exploration professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He has a strong track record of discoveries and has worked in several countries around the world, including Europe, West Africa, Canada, Central and South America. Raul is particularly knowledgeable about precious, base, and strategic metals and is known for identifying new opportunities and consolidating mining districts, making him an early mover in the industry, as co-founder of several exploration and mining companies.

Raul holds a Master of Science in Geology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and completed a thesis in Fe-REE-Skarn/IOCG deposits. He is also a Qualified Person for NI43-101 purposes, with the designation of P.Geo, EurGeol.

His past experience include senior and executive roles with a number of Canadian exploration companies, most recently as VP Exploration for CDN Maverick Capital Corp., Rover Metals, Senior Exploration Geologist for Victoria Gold Corp., Senior Exploration Manager for Tudor Gold Corp., Chief Geologist for Red Eagle Exploration, VP Exploration for American Creek Resources Ltd., G4G Resources Ltd., Northern Iron Corp., and Condor Precious Metals Inc. (Colombia), where he also held the position of President and CEO, and serves as Director/VP Exploration for Ares Strategic Mining, Fluorspar mining in Utah, being instrumental in the consolidation of the Spor Mountain Fluorspar district.
